Rules for Business

It doesn’t matter what you’re doing if you don’t know why you’re doing it.  This page is a summary of what I’ve learned but should be used mostly as a reminder. This page is the sizzle, check out the posts for the steak.

  1. Email makes us feel productive but not actually productive.  We need to set our out Key Performance Indicators.
  2. We need to think about what stories we tell to our customers, and what stories we tell to our team.
  3. Communication should be purposeful.
